We start with our client's drawings, from which we assess a project's scope. This assessment serves as a guide during the preconstruction and construction phases. From our initial site evaluation, we develop a work proposal that includes a financial blueprint for the project and finishing details. Then in consultation with our client we generate an extensive schedule for the process, laying out key dates while developing an overall project strategy.

From preconstruction to its demolition and constrcution, we manage communication between all parties involved, scheduling staff accordingly.

For every stage of the project we direct the trade work, from handling material orders to receiving deliveries. At the end of the project, we exhaustively inspect all new construction to ensure that both the expectations of the client- and by entension, our own high standards- have been met.
