Since it's founding in 1989, New Tech's mission has been to provide our clients with an experienced team of construction professionals dedicated to quality of workmanship. Because of the partnerships we have established across the various commercial trades, we are able to requisition and deploy information and resources for a given project in a timely and comprehensive fashion. And although we typically call on other members of our trusted network for plumbing, electrical and mechanical services, we perform the bulk of the required trade work ourselves.

 

For each project we generate preliminary budgets as we conduct sit surveys and probes. Throughout the planning process, we connect our clients to the subcontractors and suppliers they need for scheduling and budgeting purposes. Coordination of this sort requires readiness for the unexpected: New Tech is able to accomodate any contingencies that might arise over the course of the given project.
